This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the information that you submit to us through the www.monroespeedwash.com website (the “SITE”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.  Accessing our SITE is voluntary, and by accessing or using our SITE, you acknowledge that: you have read and understood this Privacy Policy; agree that your access and use of the SITE is subject to the Privacy Policy; and consent to our collection and use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy, as updated or revised from time to time. At all times, we reserve the right to disclose any information, including Personal Information, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; to protect our rights or property (including without limitation in the event of a transfer of control of the company, or substantially all of its assets), or during emergencies when safety is at risk.

Please note that Personal Information gathered through the SITE may be processed, stored and accessed by the Company on its servers and in databases located in the country where it was collected, as well as in other countries.

How And Why We Collect Personal Information

The various personal information we gather from and about you from the SITE, including the information you provide to us and the information about you that we collect from our use of cookies and other technologies (collectively, “Personal Information”) helps us learn about visitors to the SITE and those that may be interested in the topics we address on the SITE, including existing and prospective Monroe Speedwash customers.  We use this information to better tailor the SITE, to refine the features, performance and service relating to our services, and to offer you additional information and opportunities.

We May Collect Personal Information Through The Use Of Technology, Without You Submitting That Information, As Follows:

As you navigate our website, certain information may be collected passively, including your Internet protocol address, browser type, domain names, access times, access frequency, and operating system.  We also use Cookies (described in the “Cookies” section of this Privacy Policy) and navigational data like Uniform Resource Locators (URL) to gather information regarding the date and time of your visit and information for which you searched and which you viewed. This type of information is collected to make our services more useful to you.

Finally, we may receive Personal Information about you from other sources like postal mail, telephone or fax. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you via our SITE, in order to improve the services we provide and to update our records.

Cookies

We use a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how you use the SITE. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer by a website to give you a unique ID. We use both “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies on the website. We will use the session cookies to keep track of you while you navigate the SITE. We will use the persistent cookies to enable the SITE to recognize you when you visit. Session cookies will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser. Persistent cookies will remain stored on your computer until deleted, or until they reach a specified expiry date. Cookies help make it easier for you to use our SITE, and they help us customize your experience so that we can provide you with the information you need – when and where you need it.  We also use cookies to help us measure the success of our marketing efforts, so that we can better understand how to reach you and customers like you with information about our SITE. We analyze data gathered via cookies only in aggregate, and not at the individual customer level.

We will collect any information contained in your communication and will treat the Personal Information provided in connection with your communication in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
